Transcript Design Format
BE AWARE
Agencies vary in their transcript design formats. We offer transcriptions in 10 pitch, 63 characters per line. Some agencies lower their rates to have you believe that 9 pitch is less costly, when, in reality, their billing is equal to or higher than 10 pitch and they commonly have per hour sitting fees.
(This practice is considered illegal by the Court Reporters Board of California)

Upon comparison, a 9 pitch, 54 character per line transcription will yield 20% more transcription. Therefore, an 80 page 10 pitch, 63 characters per line transcript will yeild 20 less pages for every 100 pages.
Billing & Delivery (all inclusive)

Insurance company specified billing procedures, including printed bulk billings with Management Spreadsheets, printed, emailed or on ASCII disk.

Mailing, emailing and Fed-Ex sorted by adjuster and Claim # of Condensed Transcripts and Keyword Indexes.

All photocopying and mailing costs associated with Condensed transcripts and Keyword Indexes sent to Doctors and Experts.

Continuous scheduling of settings, resets, and associated paperwork and phonetime.
